Job PurposeThe Functional Template Consultant OMS is responsible for building and configuring the global functional solution templates and implementation tools for Order Management Systems (OMS), ensuring efficient and consistent deployments across multiple customers.Essential: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience configuring OMS platforms.Essential: Minimum 1.5 years’ experience on Manhattan OMS, including deploymentsEssential: Demonstrated experience in developing and applying functional templates.Desirable: Previous experience within international logistics or supply chain sectors.Key AccountabilitiesConfigure and maintain functional templates, including standard reports, dashboards, and functional implementation scripts for OMS.Implement configuration guidelines to ensure consistency across global deployments.Provide expertise during customer implementations, addressing configuration-specific requirements and adapting templates as necessary.Document configurations clearly to ensure usability and replicability by global implementation teams.Support continuous improvement efforts through feedback from customer implementations.
