We are looking for a skilled VTOL Drone Pilot to operate and test advanced Vertical Take-Off andLanding (VTOL) unmanned aerial systems (UAS) for defense and strategic applications. This roleinvolves hands-on flight operations, mission planning, and collaboration with engineering teams toensure optimal performance and safety.Key Responsibilities• Operate VTOL drones for testing, validation, and operational missions.• Conduct pre-flight checks, mission planning, and post-flight analysis.• Execute flight tests under varying conditions to assess performance and reliability.• Record and report flight data, anomalies, and provide feedback for system improvements.• Ensure compliance with DGCA and internal safety protocols during all operations.• Assist in developing SOPs for VTOL drone operations.• Support integration and troubleshooting of payloads and avionics systems.Required Qualifications• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in drone piloting, preferably VTOL platforms.• DGCA Remote Pilot License (RPL) or equivalent certification.• Strong understanding of UAV flight control systems, navigation, and mission planning software.• Familiarity with DGCA regulations and defense operational standards.• Ability to analyze flight data and provide technical feedback.Preferred Qualifications• Experience in defense/aerospace projects or military UAV operations.• Knowledge of advanced VTOL systems and hybrid propulsion technologies.• Background in avionics or mechanical engineering is a plus.Key Competencies• Precision and situational awareness during flight operations.• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.• Ability to work in high-pressure and dynamic environments.Why Join Us?Be part of a cutting-edge team shaping the future of unmanned aerial systems for defense andstrategic missions.
