It is fully geared to service global clients by providing end-to-end engineering solutions from feasibility studies and scope documents to design conceptualization, FEED, detailed design, PMC, field engineering, commissioning and start up assistance and also debottlenecking for efficient plant operations.Job Description:1. Quality Assurance & Controlo Develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and inspection test plans (ITPs) for civil, structural, and mechanical works.o Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards (IS, ASTM, ASME, etc.).o Conduct material inspections, review test certificates, and verify compliance before use.2. Documentation & ReportingMaintain QA/QC documentation including NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), MIRs (Material Inspection Reports), and test reports.o Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports to the Project Manager and Client.3. Site Inspectionso Perform site inspections for piling, concrete works, structural steel erection, and pipeline installations.o Monitor welding, NDT, and painting activities for mechanical works.4. Coordinationo Liaise with client QA/QC representatives for approvals and audits.o Coordinate with construction and planning teams to ensure quality compliance without delays.5. Compliance & Safetyo Ensure adherence to ISO standards and project-specific QA/QC requirements.o Support safety team in implementing quality-related safety measures.Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech - CivilExperience : 15+ yearsCertifications: ISO 9001, Welding Inspector (AWS/CSWIP), NDT Level II preferred.Skills:Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures for piling, concrete, structural steel, and piping.Familiarity with codes and standards (IS, ASTM, ASME, API).Proficiency in MS Office and QA/QC software tools.
