Location: Bangalore, India Experience: 2–6 yearsRole Overview:We are looking for a skilled Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineer with strong experience in Systems Engineering and Requirements Management to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Airbus processes, requirements management tools, and a background in aircraft systems.Key Responsibilities:Work on system engineering activities for aircraft systems.Manage and validate system requirements using industry-standard tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with Airbus standards and processes.Support design, development, and integration of systems such as Air Supply, Fuel, or Electrical Generation.Ensure traceability and consistency of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering (MSc desirable).2+ years of experience in Systems Engineering.2+ years of experience in Requirements Management.Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS).Experience working in Airbus environment and processes.Background in one or more of the following systems desirable:Air SupplyFuelElectrical GenerationPreferred Attributes:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
