The role will be responsible for handling 200–400 interns and freshers, deploying them to projects, tracking billability, managing bench, and driving skill readiness and performance insights using data. Key Responsibilities:Intern & Fresher Management:End-to-end management of 200–400 interns and freshers across multiple batches including mentoring, guiding the interns and freshers over the period of time and being a Point of ContactPost-deployment tracking of billability, utilization, and productivityPerformance readiness tracking and improvement supportPartner with L&D and HRBP teams for engagement, onboarding, and retention initiatives. Resource & Bench Management:Match talent supply to project demand in coordination with delivery teamsMaintain real-time resource availability and deployment pipelinesReduce bench time and monitor future demand to plan aheadMaintain and evaluate skill matrices for deployment decisions and upskilling needsData/ Tech Skills:Manage allocation and performance dashboards using tools such as Excel, Sheets, internal BI systems, basic SQL (added advantage)Apply data insights to forecast demand and proactively plan resource movementRequirements: 6–10 years of experience in Resource Management / Workforce Management / People OperationsHave experience in tech skills in the Data and Analytics spaceProven experience handling large early-career talent pools (freshers, trainees, campus batches, internship cohorts)Strong analytical skills with comfort in Excel/Sheets and data dashboardsExcellent stakeholder management & communication with ability to work closely with Delivery, HR, PMO, and L&DExperience in consulting / tech services organization preferred
