The role involves overseeing the hard chrome plating operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and managing the team to achieve production targets. Additional responsibilities include monitoring equipment maintenance, troubleshooting process-related issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The manager will also work with clients to ensure project requirements are met efficiently.Qualifications Proven knowledge of Hard Chrome Plating processes, equipment operation, and quality assurance Team management and leadership skills to supervise and motivate personnel Proficiency in process troubleshooting and implementing operational improvements Knowledge of workplace safety standards and environmental compliance Strong communication and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field Prior experience in the manufacturing or machining industry is highly regarded
