Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role located in Bangalore Urban. The HR Manager will oversee hiring and recruitment processes, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, maintaining compliance with labor regulations, training and development programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role also involves managing payroll, benefits programs, and addressing employee relations issues effectively.
