We are seeking a skilled Chinese Cuisine Chef to lead the preparation and cooking of authentic Chinese dishes in our restaurant/hotel. The ideal candidate will have expertise in traditional and modern Chinese cooking techniques, menu creation, and kitchen management. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present a variety of Chinese dishes including dim sum, noodles, soups, stir-fries, and sauces. Plan and create menus while maintaining authenticity and quality. Ensure kitchen hygiene, safety, and food sanitation standards are strictly followed. Train and supervise junior chefs, CDPs, and kitchen staff. Maintain inventory, manage stock, and control food costs efficiently. Innovate new recipes or adapt traditional recipes to meet customer preferences. Coordinate with management to optimize kitchen operations and customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualities: Expertise in Chinese cuisine, including Cantonese, Szechuan, Hunan, or other regional styles. Strong leadership and team management skills. Creativity and attention to detail in food presentation. Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety, and sanitation protocols. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
