Job Title and CTCHead – Exports (FMCG | International Business) CTC- 50 Lakhs P.A LocationNew Delhi, India (Extensive international travel required) About the RolePriyagold Biscuits is looking to hire an experiencedHead – Exportstobuild, lead, and scale our international FMCG business . This is asenior leadership rolewith complete ownership of export markets, distributor development, modern retail relationships, country-level team building, logistics planning, and market-specific product development. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute theinternational business and export strategyfor FMCG products. Develop and expand export markets acrossGCC, Africa, UK, Iran, and USA . Leverage a strongexisting network of FMCG distributors and importersin target regions. Build and manage relationships withkey modern trade retailers, supermarket chains, and wholesale networks . Travel extensively to target countries toestablish on-ground presence and business relationships . Build acountry-wise sales organization , including hiring local teams and defining a clear sales hierarchy. Ownexport sales, revenue, margins, and receivablesacross markets. Leadbusiness development initiativesand identify new growth opportunities. Work closely with internal teams todevelop country-specific products , pack sizes, formulations, and pricing. Manageexport logistics , including selection of ports, freight forwarders, transporters, and shipping routes. Ensure compliance withinternational food regulations, certifications, and export documentation . Represent the company atinternational trade fairs and exhibitions . Required Experience & Background10–18 yearsof experience inFMCG exports / international business . Mandatory experience infood, biscuits, snacks, or packaged foods . Strongdistributor networkacrossGCC, Africa, UK, Iran, and USA . Established relationships withtop retail outlets and supermarket chainsin international markets. Proven experience inbuilding country-level sales teams and distributor-led FMCG businesses . Hands-on knowledge ofexport logistics, ports, shipping lines, and transporters .
