The agent will also assist with claims processing, policy renewals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and support.QualificationsStrong skills and proven experience in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage Knowledge and understanding of Finance and related aspects of the insurance industry Excellent Customer Service abilities to address client queries effectively Comprehensive knowledge of Insurance products and services Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently Previous experience in insurance or financial services is a plus Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines such as Business, Finance, or Marketing is preferred
