The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, and driving growth through innovative strategies. Daily tasks include managing sales activities, achieving assigned business targets, collaborating with partners to enhance distribution reach, creating effective sales plans, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role will also involve reporting performance metrics, identifying market trends, and engaging in training initiatives where needed.QualificationsStrong business development skills, including client acquisition, relationship management, and maintaining customer satisfaction Strategic planning, sales management, and goal-setting abilities Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Analytical thinking to identify market opportunities and potential risks Proficiency in maintaining sales pipelines, performance metrics, and thorough knowledge of insurance products Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in insurance or financial services is advantageous Familiarity with regional markets and fluency in local languages
