The Legal Counsel will oversee drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts pertaining to talent management, endorsements, events, and production agreements. Daily responsibilities include providing legal advice, identifying potential legal risks, and ensuring compliance with regulations relevant to the entertainment and sports industries. The role demands proactive engagement with internal and external stakeholders to protect the organization's interests effectively.QualificationsProficiency in law and a strong understanding of legal principles in entertainment and agency sectorsExpertise in contract negotiation and preparing comprehensive legal documents in the same sector.Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex legal issuesExperience in offering clear and strategic legal advice to stakeholdersStrong communication, organizational, and analytical skillsKnowledge of entertainment and sports industry regulations is an advantageBachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); additional certifications in Entertainment Law are a plus
