It is a hybrid role for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator, based in New Delhi with partial work-from-home flexibility.This is a fresher role with full-time interns to first full-time jobbersKRAs & Responsibilities:Campaign managementSourcing relevant influencer profiles, costs and metricsCoordinating with bigger influencer marketing agenciesPrepping campaign brief deck with brand guidelines in collaboration with creative teamCoordinating with client on shipping products, locking brief, cost approvalsEnd-to-end briefing, sourcing influencer assets (reels, photos), managing go-live datesFinal campaign reportingInfluencer databank developmentSourcing new and established influencer profiles, fostering professional relationships with influencers, and monitoring partnerships.Identifying emerging influencers and negotiating best costsDeveloping company influencer databank across industries (fashion, beauty, F&B, events, gaming, cars, finance) and segments (kids, moms, genz, gen alpha etc)Apply only if:You can handle the always-on world of Influencer marketing campaigns (imaging coordinating with 30 influencers on a campaign!)You have an eye for details, don't miss any micro pieces of information and are through with your work organisation and task listsNOTE: Screening mandatoryHow you will benefitYou will work with some of the best client names in the industry and build a stellar portfolioYou will learn not just to execute and ops work, but also how to think strategy on influencer marketing campaigns - how to drive cross-sectional KPIs in a single campaign and layer budgetsQualificationsExperience with influencer marketing, partnership coordination, and relationship managementStrong skills in digital marketing, social media management, and content creationAbility to analyze performance metrics and execute data-driven decisionsProficiency in written and verbal communication with excellent organizational skillsKnowledge of D2C and startup ecosystems is a plusBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldA proactive attitude, ability to work in a hybrid environment, and a passion for marketing trends and strategies
