The role is consultative and relationship-driven, with a strong focus on follow-through, communication quality, and experience excellence.Key Responsibilities Engagement & Nurturing Engage with incoming enquiries viacalls, WhatsApp/messages, and emails Nurture prospects through structured, multi-touch communication Schedule, confirm, and manage evaluation and consultation calls Send timely reminders to maximise attendance and preparedness Clearly explain program structures, outcomes, and next steps Re-engage past enquiries and inactive contacts through systematic outreachOperations & Coordination Maintain accurate remarks, status updates, and interaction notes in shared tracking systems Support data hygiene to ensure clarity and consistency Assist with calendar coordination, slot optimisation, and internal handovers Capture common prospect questions, objections, and feedback to improve processes Support preparation of message templates, follow-up sequences, and FAQs Maintain basic daily or weekly engagement and follow-up trackersWhat We’re Looking For BA in English or any other undergraduate degree Clear, confident spoken and written English Prior experience in engagement, admissions, appointment coordination, inside sales, or client-facing roles (preferred) Strong follow-up discipline and organisational skills Comfort with calls, messaging platforms, and email communication High attention to detail and system orientation Ability to work independently in a remote setup Professional tone, empathy, and a consultative mindsetWhy This Role Premium, non-aggressive, relationship-focused position Exposure to both engagement and operational systems Well-defined processes with room to add value Remote-first, accountability-driven culture Clear pathway to higher compensation and expanded responsibilityWorking Days:Tuesday to Sunday Location:Remote (India) Compensation:₹11,000–₹15,000 per month Performance Variable:Up to ₹2,000 per month Growth:Compensation and role enhancement after 6 months based on performance and consistencyInterested?
