We focus on precision, compliance, and operational excellence across all our functions.Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities for control panel manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor management skills, sound commercial understanding, and hands-on experience with TALLY/ ERP/accounting tools.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute procurement of electrical components, automation parts, panels accessories, and consumables as per BOQ/BOM.Identify, evaluate, and develop vendors; negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.Raise Purchase Orders (POs), follow up for timely delivery, and ensure material availability as per production plans.Coordinate with Production, Stores, Accounts, and Engineering teams for smooth material flow.Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation.Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and company policies.Track material costs, lead times, and support cost-optimization initiatives.Handle GRN coordination, invoice verification, and reconciliation with Accounts.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in control panel manufacturing, electrical, or automation industry.Strong knowledge of electrical components and industrial materials is essential.Hands-on experience with Tally and MS Excel (mandatory).Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.High attention to detail with strong documentation and follow-up abilities.Ability to work independently and meet timelines in a manufacturing environment.What We OfferBest-in-industry compensation aligned with skills and experience.Stable, full-time role in a growing manufacturing organization.Exposure to industrial automation and control panel projects.Professional work culture with learning and growth opportunities.How to Apply Interested candidates may apply via LinkedIn or share their resume with a brief cover note highlighting relevant purchase experience in manufacturing. smishra@Absolute Motion Pvt.
