Description:Job Title: SAP IAG Implementation ConsultantExperience Required:• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Security and GRC.• At least 1 end-to-end SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG) implementation project.Key Responsibilities:1. SAP IAG Implementation:o Lead and execute end-to-end SAP IAG implementation projects.o Configure and integrate SAP IAG with SAP GRC Access Control and other SAP systems/cloud based SAP solutions.o Ensure compliance with client security policies and regulatory requirements.2. SAP Security & GRC Expertise:o Design and manage SAP roles, authorizations, and user provisioning processes.o Perform risk analysis and remediation using SAP GRC Access Control.o Provide guidance on best practices for SAP security and governance.3. Client Management:o Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation.o Understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.o Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery.4. Communication & Documentation:o Prepare project documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.o Conduct workshops and training sessions for client teams.o Communicate effectively in English (both written and verbal).Skills & Competencies:• Strong knowledge of SAP IAG, SAP GRC Access Control, and SAP Security concepts.• Hands-on experience in integration between SAP IAG and SAP GRC.• Excellent client-facing skills, ability to manage stakeholders.• Strong communication skills in English.• Ability to work independently and lead project teams.Preferred Qualifications:• SAP certifications in GRC or Security.• Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions (SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Identity Services).• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR).Relevant Experience8 to 10Mandatory skillsSAP IAG Lead ConsultantDesired skillsSAP IAG Lead ConsultantDomain (Industry)ManufacturingTotal Experience (Ex. 5-7 Years)10
