The Associate will work closely with senior attorneys and partners on a wide range of IP, corporate and litigation matters.The role includes:Handling Trademark, Copyright, Design and Patent mattersDrafting, filing and prosecuting IP applications and repliesConducting IP searches, oppositions, objections and enforcement actionsDrafting legal notices, pleadings, contracts and advisory opinionsSupporting IP litigation, raids and brand-protection actionsAdvising startups and companies on IP strategy and complianceCoordinating with government offices, courts, and IP authoritiesThis role offers hands-on exposure to real clients, real disputes, and real business challenges in the IP and startup ecosystem.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Law and Intellectual Property LawWorking knowledge of Trademark, Copyright, Design and Patent LawExperience or interest in Patent preparation and prosecutionAbility to handle IP filings, responses, and legal draftingStrong legal research, analysis and writing skillsExcellent communication and coordination abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative on-site environmentLaw degree (LL.B., LL.M.)
