Mechanical engineers need to be technically minded, able to demonstrate numerical and scientific ability and have problem-solving skills.Ensure the regular maintenance of tools and tackles.Should have worked on at least a couple of engineering projects from start to finish (Scope, Specification, Idea, Concept Engineering, Design Verification/validation, DFx, VAVE and Cross-functional team experienceExperience in Design for Excellence (DFx)Adherence to CAD standards – ISO, DIN, ANSI, and experience in MBD will be an added advantageResearch, design, develop, build, and test mechanical and thermal sensors and devices, including tools, engines, and machinesProficiency with Mechanical functions and principles3D CAD modeling and detailing engineering – should be able to create 3D modeling and associated 2D manufacturing drawings with GD&T.Analyzing and testing prototypes and each revision of a deviceKnowledgeable in the selection of Electromechanical OEM parts (sprockets, belts, etc.)Exposure to machine building, installation and commissioning will be an added advantageFamiliarities with Electrical / Controls / Pneumatics and hydraulics basicsPerform Condition monitoring of the rotating equipment to check the physical condition.Ensure proper lubrication like oil grease in regular intervals to maintain equipment in good condition.Developing, initiating and managing all phases of projects.Perform engineering duties in the design or alteration of machines, sections, systems, units, or parts with consideration of manufacturing feasibility, cost, and operationShould have hands-on experience in the maintenance of rotary equipment like Pumps, Compressors, dryers, structural erection fabrication, Heat exchanger maintenance, Fire pumps Diesel engine maintenance.Followed NPD/VAVE/Engineering processRepair pieces of equipment as per the Predictive, Preventive Breakdown maintenance schedule.Perform Condition monitoring of the rotating equipment to check the physical condition.
