Job Description We are seeking a proactive Cluster Manager to drive business within the bancassurance channel in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance industry, with at least 4-5 years of experience in bancassurance and a proven track record of success. While team handling experience is not mandatory, it is a plus. Roles and Responsibilities - Drive business with the help of a team in the bancassurance channel. - Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets and objectives. - Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to facilitate business growth. - Ensure team members are motivated and equipped to meet sales goals. Skills Required - A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the bancassurance channel. - A strong career record and employment stability within the insurance industry. - Team handling experience in bancassurance, direct, or alternate channels is also acceptable. - Must have a background exclusively in the insurance industry. - The ability to drive business and manage a team to achieve targets.
