We are seeking a Network & Security Architect (CCIE Certified) to design, secure, and operate large-scale datacenter network and security environments.This role requires deep architectural expertise, hands-on technical leadership, and ownership of mission-critical network platforms supporting 24×7 enterprise operations.Key ResponsibilitiesNetwork Architecture and DesignArchitect secure, scalable, and resilient datacenter network solutionsDesign Layer 2 and Layer 3 networks, fabric architectures (Cisco Nexus, ACI), and multi-site connectivityDefine architecture standards for routing, switching, segmentation, zoning, IP addressing, and capacity planningSecurity Architecture and GovernanceDesign and manage firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS, and perimeter security architecturesImplement network access controls, micro-segmentation, and Zero Trust principlesConduct periodic security assessments, risk reviews, and hardening initiativesHigh Availability and Performance OptimizationEnsure redundancy and high availability across core, distribution, and edge network layersOptimize network performance, latency, throughput, and application traffic flowsLead network disaster recovery and business continuity preparedness and testingIncident, Problem, and Change ManagementLead resolution of critical network and security incidents within SLAPerform root cause analysis and drive long-term preventive improvementsGovern change management processes including planning, testing, approvals, execution, and documentationOperations and AutomationOversee monitoring, alerting, and proactive optimization of network and security devicesDrive automation initiatives using scripting, APIs, and orchestration toolsMaintain network diagrams, configuration repositories, and operational runbooksCollaboration and Technical LeadershipWork closely with security, cloud, systems, and application teamsProvide architectural guidance for new implementations, migrations, and transformationsMentor network and security engineers and enforce best practicesNOC Support and ComplianceSupport 24×7 datacenter operations as requiredEnsure compliance with internal security standards, audits, and regulatory requirementsPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly network and security health reportsRequired Experience and Skills12–15+ years of enterprise networking and security experienceStrong hands-on experience with datacenter network architecture and large-scale deploymentsMandatory active CCIE certification (Routing & Switching, Security, or Enterprise)Deep expertise in Cisco technologies including Nexus, ACI, and CatalystStrong experience with firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA/FTD), WAF, IDS/IPSExperience with load balancers such as F5 or CitrixStrong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, IPAM, DNS, and DHCPSolid understanding of ITIL-based service operationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related fieldCloud networking exposure (AWS or Azure) is an advantagePreferred SkillsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex network environmentsExperience with SIEM, SOAR, NAC (Cisco ISE), certificate management, and DDoS protectionExposure to VMware NSX, SASE, and cloud network security architecturesExcellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skillsWhy Join UsOpportunity to architect and secure large-scale enterprise datacenter environmentsHigh-ownership role in a growing managed services organizationExposure to complex, multi-tenant, and multi-cloud customer ecosystemsCompetitive compensation aligned with experience and impact
