Job Title: Civil Engineer – Building Projects Location: Odisha Salary: Negotiable No of Position: 9 Qualification: - Graduate in Civil Engineering (structure / P.H. / Building Services) Total Professional Experience: - Minimum 8-15 years of professional experience as an Civil Engineer in building construction projects. - Adequate experience in the construction and supervision of building projects. - Experience working as a Civil Engineer in building projects. Key Experience Requirements: Experience in similar capacity for building projects meeting any one of the following criteria: - RCC Multistoried Residential Building project of minimum 10,000 sqm with 4 or more storeys, OR - RCC building project of 5,000 sqm with 3 or more storeys, OR - Building project with a minimum value of ₹50 crore. Additionally: - Experience as an Civil Engineer in RCC multistoried residential building construction projects with the above specifications. Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of Structure and P.H in building projects. - Familiarity with MEP installations in RCC multi-storeyed buildings. - Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage site activities independently and work with multiple stakeholders. - Good understanding of relevant IS codes, NBC, and standard construction practices.
