We are seeking experienced scholars or professors who have prior experience proposing or managing Special Issues (SI) in SCI/SSCI/EI indexed journals. Responsibilities - Co-develop and submit SI proposals to SCI/SSCI/EI indexed journals - Define SI theme, scope, and editorial plan - Collaborate with our editorial support team and journal offices - Provide academic leadership during SI organization (no involvement in peer-review decisions) Requirements - Strong publication record in SCI/SSCI/EI indexed journals - Prior Guest Editor / SI proposal experience preferred - Associate Professor / Professor level is ideal - Excellent English academic communication skills We Provide - Assist in collecting manuscripts - Full SI proposal preparation support - Administrative & project management assistance - Flexible, remote cooperation - Brand-backed international collaboration opportunities
