We’re Hiring | FP&A Analyst – E-CommerceLocation: GurugramWorking Days: 6 days a week⚡ Joining: Immediate joiners preferredWe are a fast-growing e-commerce business with operations managed from the GCC (Dubai) and are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our team in Gurugram. This is a high-impact, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a startup / scale-up environment and wants to be at the center of data-driven decision-making.Role OverviewYou will act as the financial backbone of the business, supporting the Dubai leadership team with forecasting, performance tracking, unit economics, and strategic insights. The role demands strong ownership, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Forecasting- ✅ Prepare annual budgets, quarterly plans, and rolling forecasts - ✅ Build bottom-up financial models (GMV, revenue, margins, marketing, logistics, fixed costs) - ✅ Support cash flow planning and burn-rate monitoringManagement Reporting & MIS- ✅ Develop daily, weekly, and monthly MIS dashboards - ✅ Track key metrics: GMV, Net Revenue, Gross Margin, Contribution Margin, CAC, ROAS - ✅ Ensure MIS alignment with books of accountsVariance Analysis & Cost Control- ✅ Analyze actual vs budget/forecast with actionable insights - ✅ Identify cost leakages and margin improvement opportunitiesUnit Economics & Business Analysis- ✅ Build SKU-level, category-level, and order-level unit economics - ✅ Analyze pricing, discounts, promotions, and vendor commercials - ✅ Support strategic initiatives (new category launches, pricing strategy, business models)Stakeholder & GCC Support- ✅ Primary FP&A support from India for Dubai-based leadership - ✅ Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Tech teams - ✅ Support ad-hoc strategic and board-level analysis⚙ Systems & Automation- ✅ Work closely with Zoho Books - ✅ Build automated dashboards using Excel / Zoho Analytics - ✅ Establish scalable FP&A processesKey KPIs- ✅ Forecast accuracy - ✅ MIS quality and timeliness - ✅ Contribution margin improvement - ✅ Cost control and cash burn visibility - ✅ Decision-support effectivenessQualifications & Experience- ✅ CA / CMA preferred - ✅ 1–3 years of FP&A / Business Finance experience - ✅ Mandatory exposure to e-commerce / D2C / marketplace / retail - ✅ Startup or high-growth experience strongly preferred - ✅ GCC or international reporting exposure is a plusCore Skills- ✅ Advanced Excel & financial modeling - ✅ Strong understanding of e-commerce P&L and unit economics - ✅ Data-driven, business-oriented mindset - ✅ Strong communication and ownershipWorking Model- ✅ India-based role supporting GCC operations - ✅ Flexible working hours with UAE time overlapInterested?
