Experience :3 Years NP : Immediate Joiner Location : Mangaluru Shift : Rotational shift Job Description The incumbent in this position as the company's Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for Microsoft 365 administration; providing End-user support and training for hardware and software and collaborating with the IT Manager to ensure operational security, Maintenance and Governance. Key Duties & Responsibilities Microsoft 365 Administration Ø Monitoring & troubleshooting all applications within the M365 Suite (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive etc.) Ø Provide level 1 & 2 support for end users about the various mailbox, Exchange Online and Outlook related issues. Ø Ensuring the operational health of the M365 environment including security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability. Ø Managing Retention policies and Retention tags, Litigation holds and Inplace hold, E-discovery & Searches, setting up Data loss Prevention, Creation and managing of Transport Rules, Journaling. Ø Managing Antimalware policy, Anti-phishing policy, Anti-Spam policy. Ø Service Health monitoring using MS 365 console and actively respond based on alerts/advisories and notifications. Also, generate various report based on Organization Requirements. Ø Monitoring Message centre and report/analyse any new feature made available by Microsoft or retirement of Critical Features from Microsoft 365. Ø Ensure SLA's and Organization policies are met. Ø Good Knowledge of Azure and Azure Active Directory. Ø Good Understanding of Cloud technologies. (Azure, AWS & Google Cloud) General IT: End-user support and training for hardware and software Ø Training and educating end-users on O365 capabilities and collaboration tools (OneDrive, Skype, OneNote, Outlook etc) Ø Providing end-user support for all PC based hardware, applications, and services Ø New user setup and orientation including installing and configuring workstations, software, telephone services, network printing, etc. Ø Maintain and provide support for all IT infrastructure Ø Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support and troubleshooting Ø Troubleshoot OS, network, and storage related issues Ø Manage the IT Equipment Inventory. Ø Work alongside the Admin and the HR team. Qualifications Ø 3-5 Years of IT experience Ø Experience administering M365, Exchange, Azure Active Directory and SharePoint environment Ø Help desk experience and ability to provide technical and end-user support Ø General knowledge of networking - IP, DNS, SMTP
