The Opportunity As a Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in driving financial discipline, strategic planning, and operational efficiency across the organization. You will work closely with leadership to ensure strong financial governance, support business growth, and enable informed decision-making through accurate reporting and insights. This role is ideal for a hands-on finance professional with strong experience in budgeting, accounting, compliance, and cash flow management, preferably in IT services or fast-growing organizations. Your Mission Budgeting & Financial Planning - Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial projections - Track actual performance against budgets and analyze variances - Support pricing decisions for IT projects, products, and services Cash Flow & Working Capital Management - Manage cash flow planning, receivables, and vendor payments - Monitor client billing, collections, and revenue recognition - Optimize working capital to support smooth business operations Financial Management & Accounting - Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including bookkeeping, general ledger, and month-end/year-end closures - Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial records - Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards Compliance & Statutory Requirements - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements in India and the UK, including GST, VAT, TDS, income tax, and other local regulations - Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities - Support audits and ensure timely filings and documentation Payroll & HR Finance Support - Oversee payroll processing and employee reimbursements - Ensure compliance with payroll-related laws, filings, and timelines - Partner with HR on compensation planning and cost analysis MIS & Management Reporting - Prepare and present MIS reports on financial performance, project profitability, and cost structures - Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve margins and reduce costs - Support leadership with data-driven financial decision-making Process Improvement & Financial Controls - Establish, document, and improve financial processes and internal controls - Support implementation and effective use of accounting/ERP systems - Ensure financial risk management, cost control, and operational efficiency Additional Skills (Preferred) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience in IT services, SaaS, or consulting environments - Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems - Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally - Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Why Derisk360? - Strategic Impact: Work closely with leadership to shape financial strategy and business growth - Innovative Culture: Be part of a company driving AI-led transformation - Remote Flexibility: Work from anywhere while contributing to global projects - Ownership & Growth: High-visibility role with opportunities to grow and lead Derisk360 is an equal opportunity employer.
