We're hiring an Android Engineering Manager (based in India) to lead the mobile team . This role is ideal for someone with strong technical depth and proven leadership in mid-sized, product focused environments. This role would be a fully remote role, candidate can be based anywhere in India. What You'll Do - Lead and grow the mobile engineering team, ensuring technical designs are well aligned to the overall architecture as well as to business - Getting hands dirty by being hands-on with code rollouts as well as with third-party integrations - Working closely with the product leads, designers and engineering teams to drive solutions and ensuring excellent communication across multiple stakeholders within the organisation What We're Looking For - Technical hands-on experience with Kotlin, Java, GCP/AWS - Minimally 8 years of software engineering experience and preferably at least 3+ years of experience managing a team - Hands-on experience with third-party hardware integrations - Having strong hands-on exposure to Cloud infrastructure would be critical Why Join Us - High ownership, autonomy, and influence - Modern tech stack, cloud-native environment, collaborative culture Argyll Scott Asia is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
