Role Overview:-The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) for the US region plays a pivotal role in generating qualified pipeline for Microland’s Digital Infrastructure Services portfolio. The ISR is responsible for identifying, nurturing, and qualifying potential customers while collaborating closely with Business Development and Marketing teams. This role demands strong research, communication, and prospecting skills to drive engagement with enterprise-level prospects across the United States.Key Responsibilities:-Lead Generation & ProspectingIdentify, segment, and research target accounts across key US industries.Build high-quality lead and contact lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.Execute structured outbound outreach via email, phone, and social selling.Nurture early-stage leads and progress them to sales-ready conversations.Qualification & Opportunity Development:-Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client priorities, challenges, and technology landscape.Qualify prospects using BANT, MEDDIC, or similar frameworks.Schedule high-quality meetings and hand off opportunities to US-based Sales Directors.Drive strong conversion ratios from outreach to qualified pipeline.Collaboration & Campaign SupportWork closely with Marketing on region-specific demand generation campaigns.Follow up on inbound leads generated through events, webinars, and digital campaigns.Provide feedback on campaign messaging, lead quality, and market responsiveness.CRM Hygiene & ReportingMaintain accurate activity logs, lead statuses, and pipeline updates in Salesforce.Generate weekly reports on outreach performance, pipeline contribution, and meeting outcomes.Track competitor intelligence, industry signals, and account developments.Skills & Experience Required:-Must-Have4+ years of Inside Sales or SDR experience within IT services or technology solutions.Strong understanding of cloud, network, cybersecurity, data center, and digital workplace services.Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to US enterprise stakeholders.Prior experience working in US shifts.Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed meeting/SQL quotas.Good-to-Have:-Experience collaborating with enterprise marketing and business development teams.Familiarity with sales/marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Pardot, Outreach, HubSpot, etc.).Basic understanding of cloud fundamentals, or modern infrastructure concepts.Education:-Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Technology, or a related discipline.
