Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter – CNA, LPN, RN & Allied StaffingLocation: RemoteDepartment: Talent AcquisitionReports To: Director of OperationsType: Full-timeRole SummaryWe’re hiring Healthcare Recruiters with prior experience sourcing and placing CNAs, LPNs, RN's and Allied Health professionals. This is a performance-driven role where you’ll own the full-cycle recruiting process, from candidate outreach to submission, interview coordination, onboarding, and re-deployment.We’re looking for go-getters — recruiters who deliver results consistently, innovate in their workflow, and meet or exceed weekly start and submission targets without excuses.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Delivery • Source and recruit qualified CNAs, LPNs,RN's and allied health professionals for per diem, travel, and contract assignments across the U.S. • Screen candidates thoroughly to ensure licensing, credentials, and experience match client requirements • Schedule interviews, follow-ups, and provide client-ready submissions within SLA timelines • Work closely with credentialing, payroll, and onboarding teams to ensure seamless placements • Re-engage redeployment candidates and maintain a hotlist for quick fill rolesPipeline Management & Performance • Consistently meet or exceed weekly KPIs: • Submissions per week • Interviews scheduled • Offers accepted • Starts per recruiter • Maintain a healthy, real-time pipeline of available and credentialed candidates • Use ATS/CRM and AI-powered recruitment tools efficiently to manage workflow and avoid duplication • Ensure candidate data and activity logs are 100% updated and audit-readyMindset & Culture Fit • Bring a results-first attitude — no excuses, just execution • Learn daily and adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and candidate sourcing strategies • Take full ownership of open orders and drive them to closure • Be flexible to jump between job orders, help teammates, and chase urgent fill requests with urgency • Innovate in your approach — test new sourcing channels, referral tactics, and automation ideasQualifications • 2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience, specifically working with CNA, LPN, RN's or allied health candidates • Familiarity with VMS/MSP platforms (ShiftWise, Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.) • Strong knowledge of license and credentialing requirements by state • Hands-on experience using ATS/CRM platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, CEIPAL, or similar) • Ability to manage high-volume requisitions with urgency and precision • Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skillsWhat We’re Looking For • Go-Getter: You don’t wait to be told what to do — you make it happen • Reliable: Always meet deadlines, hit numbers, and follow through • Flexible: Comfortable switching priorities and multitasking as needed • Self-Starter: You own your desk and deliver independently • Curious & Innovative: Always improving your strategy, script, and tools • Accountable: You never hide behind excuses — you own your resultsWhat We Offer • Competitive base pay + aggressive performance bonuses • AI recruitment tools that reduce manual effort and increase placement speed • Exposure to next-gen staffing technologies and delivery workflows • Career growth into senior recruiter, team lead, or delivery manager roles • Training, mentorship, and an execution-first culture that values high performers
