As we move from concept to product, we are looking for a founding Frontend Engineer to own the client-facing layer and the experience that translates complex data and workflows into clarity, someone who values clean code, understands systems deeply, and wants to grow into an engineering leadership role.ABOUT THE ROLEThis is a founding role for a sharp, execution-oriented GTM & Founder-Led Growth Associate with 2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth, or demand generation, with a knack for tasteful content and AI/automation. You will work directly with the Founder to turn an emerging category narrative into a real pipeline, real conversations, and real customers.Our immediate goal is to onboard our first 50 customers. You will help define who we sell to, how we reach them, what we say to them, and how we consistently convert interest into meetings and qualified opportunities.In the early phase, you will operate across content, outbound, inbound, and sales enablement. You will help translate live sales conversations into sharper messaging, stronger positioning, and repeatable GTM motions. As the company scales, this role is designed to grow into a senior GTM, Growth, or Product Marketing leadership position.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESFounder-Led GTM Execution: You will work closely with the Founder to execute our early GTM motion. This includes refining ICPs, identifying target accounts, shaping outreach narratives, and supporting founder-led sales conversations. Your success is measured by the number of qualified meetings and customer traction.Outbound & Prospecting Systems: You will build and run focused outbound motions across LinkedIn and email. This includes creating high-quality prospect lists, crafting thoughtful outreach, personalizing messages based on context, and managing follow-ups. Content for Demand Generation: You will help create original, tasteful, well-researched, and high-conviction content that supports sales and positioning. This includes drafting LinkedIn posts, short explainers, POV memos, and sales-facing narratives that communicate why AI visibility matters and why Gravton exists. You will work closely with the Founder to write in their voice. Inbound & Campaign Support: You will support inbound motions by setting up lightweight campaigns, landing pages, and lead capture workflows where appropriate. This includes coordinating basic tooling (CRM, scheduling, tracking, or AI agents) to ensure no opportunities are missed.Sales Enablement & Deal Support: You will assist with meeting preparation, call notes, follow-ups, and synthesis of customer feedback. You will help turn objections, questions, and confusion from sales calls into clearer messaging, better content, and sharper GTM hypotheses.Experimentation & Learning: You will run small, fast experiments across messaging, audiences, and channels, using both qualitative customer signals and modern AI tools where helpful to accelerate research, synthesis, iteration, and overall GTM efforts. You will track what works, what doesn’t, and why, and continuously refine our GTM approach based on real customer feedback.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Strong academic background from a top-tier university, or an equivalent track record demonstrating exceptional drive, high intellectual rigor, judgment, and execution in demanding environments.2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth, demand generation, or GTM roles, ideally in SaaS, marketing/advertising tools, SEO, or analytics products. Startup experience preferred. Strong written communication skills. You can write clearly, precisely, and persuasively, and adapt your tone for founders, executives, and operators.Hands-on experience with outbound and inbound GTM motions. You understand prospecting, campaigns, funnels, and follow-through, not just theory.Comfort working closely with a Founder. You can operate with high autonomy, take context quickly, and execute without a heavy process.A strong interest in AI, emerging GTM playbooks, and how AI changes discovery, positioning, and sales. Prior AI experience is a plus, but curiosity and learning velocity matter more.Comfort with ambiguity.
