The ideal candidate will ensure high food quality, hygiene standards, cost control, and efficient team management in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise all kitchen operations on a daily basisPlan menus in coordination with senior management or executive chefEnsure food quality, consistency, and presentation standardsMaintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standardsControl food costs, portioning, and wastageManage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock rotationTrain, schedule, and supervise kitchen staffEnsure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teamsHandle equipment maintenance and kitchen safety proceduresEnsure compliance with local health and safety regulationsCandidate RequirementsMinimum 7 years of experience in a professional kitchen environmentProven experience as a Kitchen Manager / Head Cook / Sous ChefStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operationsAbility to work under pressure and manage large-scale food productionCost control and inventory management experienceFlexible, disciplined, and reliableInternational or overseas experience preferredSalary & BenefitsSalary: Up to GBP 800 per month (Negotiable based on experience)Benefits:Free FoodFree AccommodationLong-term contract opportunity
