Role OverviewWe are looking to hire a Point of Contact (POC) who will act as the single communication bridge between our company and our licensed restaurant operations. While the restaurant will have a full internal team including an Operations Manager, this role is critical for coordination, reporting, client servicing, basic sales support, and issue resolution.This role is suitable for a fresher or early-career professional with excellent communication, negotiation skills, and strong follow-up ability.Key Responsibilities1. Client & Stakeholder CoordinationAct as the primary point of contact between our company and the restaurant management teamEnsure smooth communication of expectations, updates, and deliverablesHandle day-to-day coordination and escalate critical issues to the MD when required2. Business & Sales CoordinationSupport sales-related discussions, menu promotions, pricing alignment, and commercial conversationsAssist in negotiating operational or commercial terms under guidanceMaintain relationships to ensure long-term partnership success3. Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily / weekly / monthly reports related to:Sales summariesOperational updatesIssues and resolutionsAccounts-relatedMaintain structured records, trackers, and MIS using Excel4. Performance MonitoringTrack agreed KPIs such as:Sales performanceService quality indicatorsCompliance with licensing termsShare insights and improvement suggestions with internal leadership5.
