To bring this to life, we’re looking for an intern who’s equal parts communicator, doer, and live wire — someone who can drive messages, create moments, and be on the ground as the heartbeat of this initiative.This is not a desk-bound communications role. It's a hands-on, high-energy internship where you’ll help drive internal momentum, spark real-time interactions, and keep the spirit of the organization buzzing every single day.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Internal CommunicationCraft and send daily/weekly messages across internal channels (WhatsApp, email, posters, etc.) to inform, energize, and unite teams around common goals.Own On-Ground ExecutionBe physically present on the floor to conduct engagement activities, run mini-events, coordinate leaderboard displays, ring the celebration bell (literally!), and spark daily excitement.Plan Recognition & Motivation RitualsDesign and roll out recognition formats, shout-outs, surprise awards, and interactive moments that boost morale and visibility.Work with Senior LeadershipCollaborate with business leaders and project owners to translate business milestones into engaging internal storytelling moments.Track and Report EngagementMaintain records of participation, feedback, and floor energy — and bring creative suggestions based on what’s working.Who This Role Is ForFresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to work at the intersection of communications, events, and business cultureExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEnergetic, approachable, and full of presence — someone who lights up a roomComfortable with fast-paced environments and last-minute executionCreative thinker with a high bias for actionGraduate degree or pursuing Bachelor's in Journalism & Mass Communication final year is a plusInterest in internal communications, storytelling, live events, or brand culture is a big plusWhat You'll GetA front-row seat to an internal transformation at one of India’s most iconic media brandsThe opportunity to own and shape how people feel, connect, and engage at workDirect access to senior leadership, and the chance to work on a high-visibility initiativeA paid internship where your ideas and actions genuinely move the needle
