The role involves night shifts to support international clients.Key Responsibilities:Manage air ticket bookings, cancellations, reissuances, and fare calculations for domestic and international travel. Use GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) for flight reservations and changes. Provide fare quotes, process refunds, and handle schedule changes. Ensure accurate ticket issuance and PNR management. Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Stay updated with airline policies and global travel regulations.Requirements:At least 1 year of experience in ticketing. Proficiency in at least one GDS system (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre). Knowledge of ticketing processes and fare rules. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work independently during night shifts.
