All test activities will be managed usingQuality in Jira .Key Responsibilities Design and executemanual and automated API test cases Test REST APIs built onPython, Java, and .NET platforms PerformSystem Integration Testing (SIT)across multiple services Executesmoke and regression testing TestCRM and telephony workflows(call flows, agent states, routing) ValidateAI transcription APIsand outputs Log, track, and retest defects with clear reproduction steps Maintain test cases and execution results inQuality in Jira SupportUAT and Go-Live test sign-offRequired Skills & Experience 3–5 years of experience insoftware testing Strong hands-on experience inAPI testing (manual + automation) Solid understanding ofREST APIs , JSON, HTTP methods, and status codes Experience testing backend systems built onPython, Java, or .NET Experience withAPI automationand regression testing Experience working inAgile / Scrum teams Familiarity withJira and test management tools Strong defect analysis and communication skills Good to Have CRM or Call Centre domain experience Knowledge oftelephony concepts(call flows, agent states, queues) Exposure toAsterisk / SIP / VoIP Experience testingAI or transcription APIs Basic load or performance testing exposure Work Mode Onsite – 5 days per week (Bengaluru) Note This role requires ahands-on tester with strong API expertise . Manual-only or UI-only profiles are not suitable.
