Key Responsibilities:Responsible for overall project governance, planning, and execution for a large Govt. related program.Manage stakeholder communication and ensure compliance with government standards.Drive risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.Strong experience and acumen in next gen data management and AI principles and lead project of a large scale (150+)Should have worked or interface with the Big 4 Consulting firms PWC/EY etcEnsure timely delivery of milestones and adherence to quality standards.Lead and manage large-scale IT programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Apply Agile methodologies to plan, execute, and track deliverables, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.Required Skills and Qualifications:B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA + MBA or equivalent.PMP/Prince2 certification.15+ years of relevant experience.Experience in managing programs related to big data, data ETL and data warehouses.Managed at least two large-scale e-Governance/IT programs and one IT implementation project as Project Director.Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
