You will work alongside software, network, and systems engineers to design, implement, and deploy scalable software solutions that meet customer requirements and operate reliably in highly available environments.As part of our team, you will participate in and sometimes lead architecture and design efforts focused on creating applications and supporting backend data processes. Our culture promotes innovation, agile methodologies, and transparency—if you’re up for the challenge, apply today!Design, Build, enhance full-stack applications, covering front-end (React/Angular/Vue) and back-end (/Python) services.Develop & Maintain APIs (REST/GraphQL) and microservices for scalable, secure data exchange across systems.Implement Front-End Features including responsive UIs, reusable components, accessibility compliance, and design system alignment.Design and Optimize Databases (SQL/NoSQL), ensuring data integrity, indexing, caching, and performance tuning.Automate Build & Deployment Pipelines using CI/CD practices with GitlabCollaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Architects to refine requirements and deliver scalable solutions.Conduct Testing (unit, integration, end-to-end), troubleshoot defects, and support QA/UAT phases for production readiness. Ensure compliance with platform best practices, coding standards, and security requirements. Document Solutions including architecture, APIs, deployment pipelines, and coding standards for maintainability and knowledge sharing.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. 2-4 years of technical engineering experience, including one of the following development languages (Java, NodeJS, JavaScript, VueJS, GoLan and SQL). Proven experience designing and implementing REST APIs. Strong proficiency with operating systems such as Linux and Windows. Knowledge of operations (Ops) and system administration concepts. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience writing technical documentation and collaborating in cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.). Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices. Proficiency in additional programming languages such as Python or Perl. Experience working with databases and SQL (Oracle, MySQL).
