We’re Hiring: Manager – PLM TransformationLocation: Hyderabad (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, Friday WFH) Experience: 10+ years Time Zone: US EST collaboration requiredAbout the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Manager – PLM Transformation to lead a future state PLM transformation initiative. This role will be responsible for assessing current PLM processes, defining a future-ready PLM vision, and driving large-scale transformation across the product lifecycle within the CPG industry.You will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring PLM solutions align with enterprise strategy, compliance needs, and digital transformation goals.Key ResponsibilitiesCurrent State Assessment and Gap AnalysisLead assessment and redesign of PLM processes aligned with CPG best practicesDocument current PLM processes, systems, and data flows across Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Product DevelopmentIdentify gaps, inefficiencies, and manual dependenciesConduct stakeholder workshops and interviewsFuture State Design and RoadmapDefine future-state business processes and operating modelsDevelop business use cases, process flows, and capability mapsAlign PLM capabilities with enterprise PLM vision and digital transformation strategyRequirements ManagementTranslate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirementsMaintain a structured, traceable requirements backlogCollaborate with PLM architects and solution vendorsTesting and ValidationSupport UAT, test planning, and validation activitiesEnsure solutions are fit-for-purpose and aligned with business needsStakeholder Engagement and Change ManagementAct as the primary liaison between business and IT teamsSupport change management, training, and adoption initiativesProvide inputs to migration and onboarding strategiesCommunication and DeliveryEnsure effective communication across offshore and onshore teamsProactively manage risks, issues, and dependenciesDeliver projects within agreed timelines and budgetsQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field8–10+ years of experience in PLM systems analysis, implementation, and managementHands-on experience with FlexPLM, Windchill, ThingWorx, and CAD tools such as Creo, SolidWorks, Freeform, and ArtiosCADStrong experience in business process analysis and system integration across the product development lifecyclePreferredExperience leading large-scale PLM transformation programs in the CPG industryKnowledge of digital thread, digital twin, or model-based enterprise conceptsExposure to Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOpsExcellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skillsAbility to work effectively across cultures and time zonesPlease let me know if you’d be open to connecting.You can also reach me at Krishnanjali.m@.
