With deep domain knowledge of the aviation ecosystem, we offer end-to-end ground handling services such as passenger and baggage handling, ramp handling, aircraft interior cleaning, load control and flight operations, and cargo handling services for general, perishable, transshipment, express courier and special cargo.Store Executive Location: (Kochi) JOB PURPOSE To manage receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of technical (engineering/MRO/spares) and non-technical (consumables, general supplies) items, ensuring accuracy, availability, compliance, and cost efficiency across operations KEY SKILLS & COMPIENCIES• Strong knowledge of stores operations and inventory control• Understanding of technical spares and non-technical consumablesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Inventory & Store OperationsReceive, inspect, and verify technical and non-technical materials against PO, delivery challan, and invoice.Ensure proper binning, labelling, and storage as per item category, shelf life, and safety norms.Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices for consumables, chemicals, and shelf-life controlled items.Issue materials against authorized requisitions and ensure accurate posting in ERP/system.Conduct daily stock monitoring to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.2. Technical Items ManagementHandle engineering spares, tools, equipment, MRO items, electrical/mechanical parts.Ensure correct identification of part numbers, specifications, OEM references, and interchangeability.Coordinate with Engineering/Maintenance teams for technical clarifications.Manage calibration tools, returnable items, repairable spares, and warranty tracking where applicable.Ensure compliance with OEM, regulatory, and safety standards for technical materials.3. Non-Technical Items ManagementManage office supplies, housekeeping items, uniforms, PPE, pantry items, and general consumables.Monitor usage patterns and consumption trends to optimize reorder levels.Ensure availability of critical operational consumables without over-stocking.4. ERP / System & DocumentationPerform GRN, material issue, stock transfer, and returns in ERP (SAP/Oracle/other systems).Maintain accurate item master data (description, UOM, storage location).Support MDM and procurement teams in item codification and standardization.Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal controls.5. Stock Control & AuditConduct cycle counts, monthly and annual physical stock verification.Investigate and report stock variances, damages, shortages, and obsolescence.Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of inventory discrepancies.6. Safety, Compliance & HousekeepingFollow 5S, safety, and statutory guidelines within stores and warehouses.Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous, flammable, or high-value items.Maintain cleanliness, layout discipline, and safe material movement practices.7. Coordination & CommunicationLiaise with Procurement, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Logistics teams.Support timely material availability for maintenance and operational requirements.Assist in vendor visits, material inspections, and joint verification when required.
