Key Roles and Responsibilities: Be on camera to create short video content, intros, explainers, and research-led snippets. Research trending topics in Executive Education, Careers, Management, Data Science, Product Management, AI, and Upskilling domains. Identify high-performing content formats within the EdTech and Executive Education ecosystem. Analyze competitor channels, education creators, and industry thought leaders. Study student/learner behavior, FAQs, pain points, and search patterns to propose strong content ideas. Maintain and create a structured repository of topic insights, references, hooks, and title options. Research on educational videos, webinars, podcasts, and career-focused content. Track YouTube algorithm updates, EdTech trends, and content shifts.Competencies: Strong interest in education, career development, and upskilling. Must be confident and comfortable appearing on camera as a core part of the role. Ability to analyze YouTube content, formats, and audience engagement. Good research, documentation, and summarization skills. Bonus: Basic understanding of scripting, storytelling, or content strategy.
