Position:Store Manager – Minizmo (Men’s Apparel Brand)The Store Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end store operations at Minizmo, a premium men’s apparel brand. The role includes driving sales performance, leading and developing the store team, ensuring superior customer experience, and maintaining brand standards across all store functions.Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning Drive sales, achieve monthly targets, and improve store profitability Lead, motivate, and train the store team on sales and product knowledge Deliver excellent customer service aligned with Minizmo brand values Manage inventory, billing accuracy, visual merchandising, and SOP compliance Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and performance of store staffRequirements: Minimum 10+ years of experience in retail store management (men’s apparel preferred) Strong leadership, sales acumen, and communication skills Experience in premium or fashion retail will be an added advantage Immediate joiner preferredLocation:Noida / South Ex Contact:hr@ | 7982858534
