We leverage cloud-native technologies and automation to enable reliable, compliant, and efficient digital healthcare solutions at scale.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Platform Engineer to design, build, and scale resilient infrastructure and internal platforms that support high-availability healthcare applications. This role sits at the intersection of DevOps, cloud engineering, and platform reliability, enabling engineering teams to move faster and safer.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain cloud-native platform infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)Develop and manage Kubernetes-based environments for production and non-production workloadsImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable and automated deploymentsBuild Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform / CloudFormationEnsure platform security, observability, scalability, and cost optimizationCollaborate with application, security, and data teams to improve developer experienceMonitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and drive reliability improvementsSupport compliance and best practices relevant to healthcare environmentsRequired Skills & Qualifications4+ years of experience in Platform Engineering / DevOps / SRE rolesStrong experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, HelmProficiency in Terraform or similar IaC toolsExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)Solid understanding of Linux, networking, and system designExperience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, etc.)Nice to HaveExperience in healthcare, SaaS, or regulated environmentsKnowledge of security best practices (IAM, secrets management, compliance)Scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go)Exposure to platform tooling and developer enablement initiatives
