The Circle is about collaboration, conversations, and debates, a place with energy and inspiration with a community at its core!For experience: Candidates having previous experience in Co-working community/commercial real estate / coworking / enterprise selling / Independent Property Consultant shall be preferred.Job Description: Ex./ Sr. Executive - SalesKey Responsibilities:• Drive revenue and occupancy targets• Generate leads through IPCs, brokers, local networks, referrals, and online platforms• Manage the full sales cycle — tours, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closures• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, existing members, broker partners, and local business communities• Ensure the new Centre is always tour-ready, coordinating with Operations for daily upkeep, readiness, and seamless onboarding• Support basic Centre responsibilities such as addressing member queries, coordinating meeting room bookings, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day member experience• Maintain accurate CRM updates, sales pipelines, forecasts, and weekly reports• Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the Bangalore ecosystem• Assist in organising community interactions or networking sessions to help build the centre’s culture and member engagementRequired Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field• 1 - 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the co-working industry• Strong communication skills• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle basic Centre coordination independently
