Wedding Planning & Coordination:Collaborate with the planning team to design and execute luxurious, sustainable wedding experiences.Offer bespoke, eco-friendly solutions without compromising on elegance and grandeur.Work closely with couples to align their vision with sustainability principles.Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.Oversee wedding day logistics, ensuring a flawless and sophisticated event.2. Sustainability Management & Creative Solutions:Develop and present creative, sustainable alternatives for wedding elements, including décor, floral arrangements, catering, and stationery.Curate and maintain a list of luxury sustainable vendors who offer eco-friendly yet opulent services.Integrate zero-waste strategies, carbon footprint reduction, and ethical sourcing into wedding planning.Promote sustainable floral designs, repurposable décor, and locally sourced gourmet menus.Offer digital and sustainable print invitation options to clients.Implement high-end waste reduction strategies, such as composting, donation programs, and reusable décor.3. Budget & Vendor Management:Balance sustainability with luxury aesthetics while managing budgets efficiently.Research and establish partnerships with premium sustainable vendors and venues.Negotiate with suppliers to provide high-quality, eco-conscious solutions within budget constraints.4. Client & Guest Experience:Educate and inspire clients about sustainable luxury weddings.Develop high-end guest engagement strategies such as luxury eco-friendly wedding favors, digital experiences, and carbon-neutral travel options.Ensure sustainability elements enhance, rather than compromise, the overall aesthetic and guest experience.5. Trend & Industry Knowledge:Stay ahead of the latest trends in sustainable luxury wedding planning.Participate in workshops, industry events, and networking opportunities related to sustainability and high-end weddings.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience as a wedding planner, event coordinator, or sustainability specialist within the luxury sector.Strong understanding of sustainable practices in high-end event planning.Exceptional vendor management and negotiation skills.Highly creative with an eye for detail and luxury aesthetics.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle high-pressure situations and last-minute changes gracefully.Familiarity with budgeting and project management tools.Preferred Qualifications:Certification in Event Planning or Sustainability Management.Experience in coordinating luxury sustainable events.Strong network of premium sustainable vendors and venues.
