Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to be the face of Glider AI for our customers. You will work closely with customers to onboard, support, and nurture long-term partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. This role requires deep product understanding and a strong ability to guide customers in achieving their business goals using Glider AI solutions. Responsibilities: Onboard and train customers by understanding their business needs, recommending relevant solutions, and ensuring successful product adoption. Act as a trusted advisor by proactively engaging with customers, monitoring account health, addressing risks, and driving high satisfaction and retention. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to resolve issues, share customer feedback, manage renewals, and identify upsell opportunities. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to reduce churn, increase product usage, and drive account growth. Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a B2B SaaS product company. Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal and relationship building abilities. Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable, value-driven solutions. Self-motivated, proactive team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Skills: Highly customer-centric with a strong passion for making customers successful. Problem solver with excellent listening and analytical skills.
