The Commandant will oversee the discipline, behavior, and overall well-being of students while ensuring that the school’s values and standards are upheld. Responsibilities include managing student activities, enforcing discipline policies, promoting moral and ethical character development, and fostering a safe and equitable learning environment. The Commandant will work closely with faculty, staff, and parents to promote both the academic and personal growth of the students.Eligibility CriteriaEx-Defence Personnel (Officer Rank Preferred)Army / Navy / Air Force / ParamilitaryProven leadership and command experienceStrong sense of discipline with emotional intelligenceExcellent communication and motivational skillsPhysically fit, mentally resilient, and student-friendlyLeadership and mentorship abilities to guide and inspire students.Strong organizational and administrative skills for managing student affairs and disciplinary measures.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and staff in a constructive manner.Experience in educational institutions or military training environments is preferred.Commitment to fostering a culture of respect, resilience, and accountability among students.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
