About the job This role requires a hands-on brand manager who is comfortable operating across strategy and execution in a fast-growing organization.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Brand & Business OwnershipOwn brand/category strategy with full P&L accountability, ensuring alignment with overall business objectivesDefine and evolve brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions for target consumer segmentsConduct market analysis, consumer insights research, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisionsDrive brand architecture and portfolio optimization initiatives across product linesContent & Media ManagementPlan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channelsDevelop creative briefs and work with agencies to create compelling brand contentManage influencer partnerships and expert-led collaborations aligned with brand credibility and consumer trustOversee brand communications across social media, PR, and advertising platformsSupervise the creation of website content, and other communication materials.Collaborate with media agencies & internal teams to optimize spend and performance to deliver on key metricsProduct Development & InnovationLead new product development from concept to launch, driving the new product contribution across channels.Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologiesCollaborate with Product/R&D teams to conceptualize and develop innovative product ideas based on market trends and consumer needs, and ensure timely & successful product launchesPartner with external vendors and manufacturing partners on formulation, packaging, and development timelines to ensure brand standardsManage product lifecycle including packaging, pricing, and positioning strategiesWork closely with supply chain and operations teams for seamless product deliveryEvaluate and enhance existing product offerings to keep up with the evolving consumer needs and competition offeringsCore Competencies & CapabilitiesProven track record of leading brand strategy and marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical mindset with expertise in market research, consumer insights, and brand performance tracking.Hands-on experience with digital marketing, influencer partnerships, PR, and SEO.Excellent project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.Deep understanding of Indian consumer behaviour, especially Gen Z and millennial demographicsProficiency in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce strategiesAnalytics & Performance ManagementTrack brand performance metrics including brand health indicators, offtake, and channel performanceUse performance insights to optimize brand strategy, campaigns, and product plansSupport ROI-driven decision making by aligning brand initiatives with approved budgetsContribute to performance reviews and strategic discussions with senior leadershipTechnical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical toolsExperience with market research tools and consumer insights platformsKnowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics)Understanding of traditional media metrics (GRP, reach, frequency etc) and digital metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR etc)Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, performance marketing metrics and AI platformsPersonal AttributesStrong communication and presentation skillsCreative mindset with attention to detailAbility to work in fast-paced, dynamic environmentFirst principle thinking and strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management capabilities.Leadership qualities with ability to influence without authorityPassion for beauty industry and understanding of beauty trendsQualifications And Experience4-6 years of overall experienceMBA in Marketing would be preferrableExperience in FMCG, beauty, personal care, or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage
