OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Lead to drive our end-to-end hiring strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in niche hiring within the real estate and hospitality industries, with a strong track record of building high-performing teams and strengthening the employer brand in competitive markets.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and leadership roles.Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in real estate and hospitality sectors.Drive adoption of recruitment technology, analytics, and tools for efficient hiring.Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and maintain a structured selection process.Mentor and guide a team of recruiters, ensuring capability building and performance.Track and report key recruitment metrics to leadership for transparency and improvement.Cultivate relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and industry networks.Skills required 7 - 9 years of proven experience in recruitment, with a significant track record in real estate and/or hospitality industries (Restaurant business).Strong exposure to leadership and volume hiring.Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.Demonstrated ability to close senior-level positions and niche roles.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.Skills Preferred Strategic thinking with a problem-solving mindset.Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.Expertise in employer branding and social media hiring strategies - including using LinkedIn as a recruiter and as a recruitment toolFamiliarity with HR analytics, workforce planning, and succession planning.Ability to coach and mentor junior recruiter.Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS (preferably in greytHR), and recruitment dashboards.Strong presentation and reporting skills for leadership updates.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field or MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.Certification in talent acquisition or recruitment practices (desirable).
