We support a wide range of clients including boutique hotels, mid-scale properties, luxury hotels, spa resorts, convention centers, and serviced apartments.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Reservation Manager at ProfitableRooms. The Reservation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the reservations department, optimizing room allocation, managing reservation systems, improving booking conversions, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role requires coordination with the revenue, sales, and distribution teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage daily operations of the reservations department - Oversee room allocation, rate loading, and inventory management - Ensure accuracy in all booking details and reservation records - Analyze demand trends and assist in forecasting - Improve booking conversion through effective communication and sales techniques - Train and guide the reservations team - Handle VIP, group, and corporate bookings professionally - Resolve customer concerns and ensure high service standards - Work closely with revenue and sales teams to implement strategies - Monitor booking pace, pickup, and channel performanceQualifications- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills. - Prior experience as a Reservation Manager or senior reservations role. - Strong understanding of reservation systems and hotel operations. - Knowledge of revenue management principles and market trends. - Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and maintain accuracy. - Proficiency in PMS/CRS systems. - Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred. - Experience in reservations: 3 to 5 years.
