Job Title: ISP- Test Maintenance Manager Location: Assam Experience: 12- 18 yearsOverview:Tata Electronics is seeking a seasoned ISP- Test Maintenance Manager to join our Organisation in Assam. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical expertise in test equipment maintenance and electronics testing processes, Leadership and team management skills, Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for ICT, FCT, and other test systems. Ensure timely calibration of all test equipment to meet IPC/ISO and customer standards. Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for test equipment failures. Introduce advanced diagnostic tools and automation for test equipment maintenance. Manage and train maintenance technicians; ensure skill development for complex test systems. Maintain EHS standards and ensure audit readiness for test maintenance processes. Optimize spare parts inventory, reduce maintenance costs, and implement cost-saving initiatives. Track KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, calibration compliance, and communicate performance to management.Qualifications: 12–18 years of experience in test equipment maintenance within EMS or electronics manufacturing environments. Proven track record in managing complex test systems and implementing predictive maintenance strategies. Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Knowledge of ICT, FCT, functional testing, and calibration standards.
