This role requires both technical leadership and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders.Required Skills & Competencies: ● 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer using Talend Data Integration. ● Strong experience with Talend on-prem versions 7 and 8. ● Solid understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data integration patterns, and batch processing. ● Experience working with Amazon Redshift (data loading, performance tuning, SQL optimization). ● Strong SQL skills for data transformation and validation. ● Experience integrating data from multiple sources (databases, flat files, APIs, etc.). ● Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and analytics-ready datasets. ● Understanding of data quality checks, validation rules, and reconciliation techniques. ● Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. ● Good communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.AboutNet2Source Inc .
